Customer philosophy

At act'o-soft, you as the customer are at the centre of everything we do. This is because we focus on long-term, sustainable customer relationships and involve all customers in act'o-soft's processes.

You will be accompanied by your Customer Success Manager, with whom you will regularly discuss challenges, problems and/or new functions, modules or features. Our product teams will deal intensively with your requirements. As a customer, you therefore have an influence on the act'o-soft product roadmap and receive full transparency.

As a customer, you can take part in every sprint review on request and view the results of the dev sprints. An excellent service that supports you with the introduction of new functions or operational issues rounds off your customer journey with act'o-soft.

    cash register solution from act'o-soft

    With GERRY WEBER International AG, another leading international fashion group has decided in favor of act’o-soft’s POS solution. GERRY WEBER is thus building on a standardized and scalable solution which is seamlessly integrated into the current central systems via ESB and at the same time extends the existing business processes with further functionalities.

    The fact that the pos4brand software complies with international standards and is intuitive and easy to use were already decisive reasons for using the POS solution in the TEDi stores in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, France and Belgium in the past. Now the roll-out in Germany is being added. Currently, 1.909 German shops with around 3.000 checkouts are receiving the new software.
