You will be accompanied by your Customer Success Manager, with whom you will regularly discuss challenges, problems and/or new functions, modules or features. Our product teams will deal intensively with your requirements. As a customer, you therefore have an influence on the act'o-soft product roadmap and receive full transparency.
As a customer, you can take part in every sprint review on request and view the results of the dev sprints. An excellent service that supports you with the introduction of new functions or operational issues rounds off your customer journey with act'o-soft.
