2nd-Level-Supporter (m/w/d)

What you can expect

As a 2nd level supporter (m/f/d) in Service Operation, you ensure the smooth operation of act'o-soft solutions for our customers. You independently process and check fault reports (incidents) from our customers and ensure that the contractually guaranteed response times and service times are adhered to. You ensure 2nd level support and coordinate with the customer to solve and implement technical problems. In addition to analytical thinking, this position requires a high level of quality awareness as well as strong teamwork and communication skills.


You ideally have

  • Solution orientation
    and a structured, careful and independent approach

    and precise communication with the client and team

  • Ability to work in a team
    and the joy of mastering the tasks in the team


As well as at least 1 year of professional experience in 2nd level support. In addition, you ideally have a technical training background, good general IT knowledge and initial industry knowledge.
