You will provide first-level support to our national and international customers and ensure the smooth operation of our POS systems and apps as well as the general systems in the branches. You will independently process and check fault reports (incidents) from our customers and ensure that the contractually guaranteed response times and service times are adhered to. You forward messages that cannot be resolved to second-level support. This position requires very good language skills in German, English and Italian as well as the willingness to work in shifts.
