act’o-soft has received the official certification and technical acceptance of the DSFinV-K export by Audicon GmbH for its pos4brand POS system.
The DSFinV-K export is mandatory within the framework of the GoBD and the KassenSichV and enables the export of the fiscal relevant data in the used IDEA format of the standardized tax software for the verification of the posted transactions in the store. The validation provided evidence that the audited data delivery via the digital data interface complies with the specifications of the tax authorities for the data structure of cash register data (DSFinV-K).
The certificate issued by Audicon therefore guarantees a legally and technically compliant as well as smooth export of the data in the branch with our POS solution.
act’o-soft is very satisfied to have passed the certification process for the validation of the DSFinV-K export in the 1st attempt. We have the claim to fulfill the highest possible security and transparency for our customers within the framework of legal regulations and requirements.
"Especially the security aspect is very important for act'o-soft, as we want to support our customers in the implementation of fiscal requirements in the best possible way and provide security with regard to possible audits."
Simon Stoppenbrink, Product Owner des Fiskal-Teams bei act’o-soft.
For example, the printing of a QR code that contains the signature of the cash register transaction is not mandatory according to KassenSichV. Nevertheless, act’o-soft recommends printing the QR code legibly on the cash register receipt.
This is because a correct QR code represents an initial important indication for the tax auditor as to whether the cash register transaction was correctly secured by the technical security device (TSE).
With a correctly displayed QR code on the cash register receipt, our Fashion & Lifestyle customers can prevent more time-consuming audits and data exports during cash register inspections.
