What you can expect
As a 3rd level supporter (m/f/d) in Service Operation, you will be responsible for the commissioning and the smooth operation of act’o-soft solutions at our customers. You ensure the 3rd level support and deliver our software and put the applications into operation. You are the contact person for the specialist departments of our customers and you messages of the customers on our support systems. You process and check incidents from our customers and make sure that the contractually guaranteed response times and service times are adhered to. This position requires analytical thinking, a high level of quality awareness, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
You ideally have
As well as at least 1 year of professional experience in 3rd level support. Furthermore you bring ideally a technical education background, very good IT general knowledge, experience in working with Windows systems on the client and server side, knowledge in the creating simple SQL queries as well as experience in the use of software distribution and administration of user software.
