With the Brockmeyer garden center, which operates a branch in the immediate vicinity of the software manufacturer in Halle Westfalen and two other branches in Gütersloh and Detmold, the IT company is entering the garden center sector for the first time.
Following the successful project launch in fall 2024, Brockmeyer can look forward to the roll-out of act'o-soft's mobile applications and POS software next year. The IT company will also provide the necessary fiscal solution.
“With act'o-soft, we will take our checkout and area processes to the next level in the coming year. Together, we will focus on digital innovations and sustainable solutions - for example by introducing digital receipts. This will not only optimize our processes, but also make a valuable contribution to conserving resources and saving paper,” says Florian Hollmann, IT Project Manager at Brockmeyer.
To seal the new partnership, the act'o-soft Christmas tree was selected by trainees and dual students, as is the case every year, and collected directly from the expert for plants and garden accessories next door. This was followed by a toast to the new partnership and the common themes.

The Brockmeyer garden center was founded in 1994. The company for plants, garden supplies and decorative items is therefore celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. Brockmeyer has continued to develop since then and offers a wide range of products for garden and plant lovers at its locations in Halle Westfalen, Detmold and Gütersloh. An integrated café also invites customers to linger and take a short breather during their shopping experience.
The in-house brand “Casi” stands for decorative home decor and reflects current trends.
