Since January 1, 2013, a new law on the control of companies and their transactions has been in force in Croatia. Tax-relevant transactions must be transmitted online to the tax authority's servers (CIS system), whereby authorization is carried out using certificates issued by the tax authorities. Each successfully authorized transaction receives a unique signature, which must be shown on the receipt.
