The customer is in the center of everything we do at act’o-soft. We focus on long-term, sustainable customer relationships in which all customers are integrated into act’o-soft’s processes.

At act’o-soft, you will be accompanied by your responsible Customer Success Manager on a weekly basis. They regularly exchange information about your challenges, problems and/or new functions, modules or features of the company. The Product Teams deal intensively with your requirements. Thus, you as a customer have an influence on the act’o-soft product roadmap.

At the same time, we offer you full transparency for the best possible customer focus.
If you wish, you as a customer can participate in every sprint review and view the results of the dev sprints. An excellent service, which supports you in the introduction of new functions or assists you with your operational issues, rounds off your customer journey with act’o-soft.
