Since the company was founded in 1997, our solutions have been implemented in 14 European countries. We are constantly looking for the perfect idea and are always open to new suggestions. We work on our innovative solutions with a great deal of calm and creativity, from our location in Werther (Westphalia). Despite our international success, we have “kept our feet on the ground”. Our motto is: Our clients should not be expected to adapt to our software; we ourselves integrate into our client’s process flow.

In their roles as managing partners, industrial designer Christian Malachowski and engineer Michael Schramm spearhead our company.

Our registered manager Olaf Stahnke is head of operations. Software engineer Norbert Scheller, is in charge of the development of act'o-soft products and with his team turns our ideas into reality.
