In December we were able to attract Anke Klaas, a further professional trainer and supporter for our customer service center.

Anke Klaas looks back on a longtime professional expertise working in a software company in the area of media asset management. The 35-year old worked already in close contact with customers as project manager and accompanied the implementation of new software as trainer.

“The familial structures, a good get-together on the one hand and the communication with the client with relation to specialized retailers on the other hand presented a tempting mix”, said Anke Klaas at the weekly team meeting.
